Customer service is our focus at Textbook Brokers! The reason is because it sets us apart. We know which books you need, and we pull them for you. What more could you want?

Ordering Online

We understand going to an actual bookstore isn't for everyone. Avoid the crowds: order online! You can simply place your order online and we will ship it to you. Or, if you want to save money on shipping, place your order and select in-store pickup to grab it from us -- with no extra charge! If you order used books, we will do our best to fill your order. Please note, however, that unavailable used books will automatically substitute to new copies. The best way to avoid paying any extra is to rent your books. By renting, you can save over 90%! If you decide at the end of the semester to keep the book, you only pay the difference... no hidden fees or charges!

Shipping Policies

Textbook Brokers has an entire team of shippers dedicated to making sure your books are carefully packaged and sent to you. Plus, shipping on all textbooks is FREE. On average, you can expect your books a week after they are ordered, unless you select expedited shipping. For in-store pickup, they're ready immediately! The only exception to this is special sale weekends, like Tax Free Weekend or New Year's Sale, when the pick up time will be specified at checkout.

Deferred Payment information!

Fall 2018 deferred payments will be due September 9th. Spring 2019 deferred payments will be due January 28th. All dates are final unless special arrangements are made in writing with the manager of the bookstore. This is an agreement between Textbook Brokers/Campus Bookstore and the person whose name is printed and signed on the Financial Aid/Rental form. Textbook Brokers/Campus Bookstore agrees not to deposit this check or run this credit or debit card until the deferment date listed. By signing this contract you also give Textbook Brokers/Campus Bookstore permission to run your credit/debit card without it being in our possession for the amount stated below; or in multiple increments of $5.00 if the lump sum declines. However, if the loan or grant becomes unavailable to the customer, or if the card fails to run for any reason, including but not limited to: sudden loss of Financial Aid eligibility, receipt of Financial Aid moneys through alternative means other than bank account on file, or course dropping or withdrawal voluntarily or unintentionally, he or she agrees to make full payment on the bill by arranging alternative payment within 14 calendar days of general disperse date or the card run date listed above, whichever is earlier. If for any reason the undersigned has put another form of payment on file with the company for any reason, this payment method is authorized for use to cover any outstanding balance at the point in time the above criteria for “making good on the debt” are not met. In the event that the undersigned fails to make payment within the time-frame and no additional arrangements are made to satisfy the debt, the undersigned authorizes additional charges to be accumulated to the customer’s debt to cover the cost of collections and penalties, including late fees. Failure to pay may result in prosecution. In the event the account becomes past due and must be placed for collection, the signed customer will be responsible for court costs, reasonable attorney’s fee and collection agency fees up to 50% of the amount sent for collection. All prepaid textbook rentals not picked up within 10 days of initial contact will be reshelved. Refunds for these items will be at the store manager's discretion. Prepays will be texted -- please make sure the phone number used at time of purchase is correct to ensure you receive the message notifying you that your book is available. It is not the responsibility of Textbook Brokers/Campus Bookstore to notify the customer in regards to overdue payments, missed payments, etc. By signing this agreement, you agree that the information on this receipt (name, address, phone number, email, deferment date and books purchased) are correct and assume full responsibility for their payment.
